We recommend a 27-minute workout 2 to 3 times per week. Your body will need rest and recovery time between each session. You can schedule into our Rejuvenation and Cellulite Blast classes on a daily basis to help in your post workout recovery. These classes will promote faster recovery time. For your convenience, we offer the following packages.

Started with rejuvenation classes. Worked my way to basic fit. Have been able to substitute exercises on the plate that don’t hurt my bad knees. Trainer Jacquelyn works with everyone’s limitations while still encouraging and challenging us!
